The SIL program at Carrie Bell is designed to promote youth engagement. It is structured to give males and females an opportunity to strengthen their skills as they work towards transitioning into society as responsible adults. The goal of the program is to develop partnerships with local resources that will enhance the knowledge and skills of the program participants and build positive relationships that will last. CB SIL offers sessions and events that focus on financial literacy, home buying, cooking, sewing, etiquette, couponing, entrepreneurial leadership development and much more. We have development partnerships with different organizations to assist in the development of the curriculum to ensure that the young adults are getting what they need. This is an exciting time in the life of Carrie Bell SIL and its residents and are looking forward to seeing and serving each resident in our upcoming events.
